Cancellation Policy
Order cancellations are only accepted within 24 hours of placing your order.
If you need to cancel for any reason, please contact us immediately at contact@stylishoe.com within this time frame.
We process orders as quickly as possible, so cancellations are time-sensitive and cannot be guaranteed after 24 hours.
If You’re Not Satisfied
If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
Returns
You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.
To be eligible for a return:

Your product must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

Your product must be in the original packaging.
Refunds
Once we receive your returned product, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received it.
We will then inform you whether your refund has been approved.
If your return is approved, we will issue a refund to your original method of payment (for example, your credit, debit card, PayPal).
You will receive the refund within a certain number of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies. For PayPal, you will receive it immediately.
Shipping for Returns
You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your product.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Exchanges
If your product is in new condition, you can exchange your clothes, shoes or other product for a different size or colour. You will still need to return the original product to us first.
