RETURNS & REFUNDS POLICY

Thank you for shopping at Stylishoe.


Cancellation Policy

You can cancel your order at any time before it has been dispatched.

If your order hasn’t been dispatched yet, we’ll cancel it and issue a full refund.

If your order has already been dispatched, we won’t be able to cancel it — but you can still request a return or refund once it arrives.

To request a cancellation, please email contact@stylishoe.com and include your order number.

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.


Returns

You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

  • Your item must be in the original packaging.(where possible)


Refunds

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and let you know that we have received your return.

We will then inform you whether your refund has been approved.

If your return is approved, we will issue a refund to your original method of payment (for example, your credit, debit card, PayPal).

Refunds are processed within a certain number of days depending on your card issuer’s policies. For PayPal, refunds are usually received more quickly.


Return postage

You will be responsible for paying the return postage for your item.
Return postage costs are non-refundable.


Exchanges

If your item is in new condition, you can exchange your clothing, shoes, or other product for a different size or colour. You will still need to return the original item to us first.
