Order Processing
Please note that order processing times are separate from shipping times.

All orders are processed and dispatched within 2–7 business days.

Orders are not processed on weekends or public holidays.

Order processing times may be delayed by a few days during busy periods such as holidays, new launches, limited-edition releases, or other times when we are experiencing a high volume of orders.
Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If your shipment is significantly delayed, we will contact you by email to let you know.
Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates
We offer a £4.80 flat-rate shipping service worldwide.

Shipment to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO Addresses
Shipping is available to P.O. Boxes, Army Post Offices (APO), Fleet Post Offices (FPO), and Diplomatic Post Offices (DPO) within the continental United States.
Shipment Confirmation and Order Tracking
After placing your order, you will receive an order confirmation email. At this stage, please allow time for your order to be processed.
You will then receive a shipping confirmation email once your order has been dispatched (within 2–7 business days). This email will include your tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to become active.
Change of Delivery Address
If you need to change your delivery address, we can update it at any time before the order has been dispatched.
Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to make a change.

Sales tax is already included in the price of the goods as displayed on the website.
Import Duties & Taxes
Import duties and taxes for international shipments will be pre-paid, so there will be no additional fees to pay when your order arrives in the destination country.
