Order Processing

Please note that processing times are separate from delivery times.

All orders are processed and dispatched within 2–7 working days.
Orders are not processed on weekends or bank holidays.
Processing may take a little longer during busy periods (such as holidays, new launches, limited-edition releases, or high order volumes).

Please allow additional time for delivery once your order has been dispatched. If your delivery is significantly delayed, we will contact you by email.

We offer flat-rate UK delivery.

Dispatch confirmation & order tracking

After placing your order, you will receive an order confirmation email. Please allow time for your order to be processed.

Once your order has been dispatched (within 2–7 working days), you will receive a dispatch confirmation email with your tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to become active.

Change of delivery address

If you need to change your delivery address, we can update it at any time before your order has been dispatched. Please contact us as soon as possible.
