All orders are processed and dispatched within 2–7 working days.

Orders are not processed or dispatched on weekends or bank holidays.

Processing may take a little longer during busy periods, such as holidays, new launches, limited-edition releases, or periods of high order volume.

We offer flat-rate delivery across the United Kingdom.

Please note that all orders are dispatched from China.

Dispatch Confirmation and Tracking

Change of Delivery Address

If you need to change your delivery address, please contact us as soon as possible.

We can update the delivery address only before the order has been dispatched.
